United Civil Awakening Foundation will be designated “UniPhiUs”, “U.C.A.F.” or “we” in these Terms & Conditions.

United Civil Awakening Foundation grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferable, limited license to download, install and use our service strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

b) Applicants must align with the mission, vision, and values of United Civil Awakening Foundation (UCAF).
c) UCAF reserves the right to evaluate applications and accept or reject partnership requests at its discretion.
Partnership Objectives:
a) Partners should actively contribute to UCAF's goals of driving social change and making a positive impact on communities.
b) Partners should collaborate with UCAF on initiatives, projects, or campaigns that align with their organizational expertise and mission.
Responsibilities of Partners:
a) Partners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their organization and partnership activities.
b) Partners must actively engage in joint efforts, initiatives, and events as agreed upon with UCAF.
c) Partners should promote the partnership through their communication channels and networks, acknowledging UCAF's contribution.
Use of UCAF's Resources and Services:
a) Partners may have access to UCAF's resources, such as research materials, expert knowledge, toolkits, or data, as mutually agreed upon.
b) The use of UCAF's resources and services is subject to written agreement and may be limited or specific to certain initiatives or projects.
c) Partners shall utilize UCAF's resources and services in a responsible and ethical manner, respecting any usage guidelines or restrictions

Use of UCAF's Branding and Materials:
a) Partners may use UCAF's logo and branding materials only with prior written consent from UCAF.
b) UCAF reserves the right to review and approve any marketing materials, press releases, or co-branded content featuring its name or logo.
Confidentiality:
a) Both UCAF and partners shall maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the partnership.
b) Parties shall seek written consent before disclosing any confidential information to third parties.
Termination:
a) Either UCAF or the partner may terminate the partnership agreement with written notice.
b) UCAF reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if the partner engages in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
Intellectual Property:
a) Each party retains ownership of its respective intellectual property rights.
b) Collaborative outputs, co-created content, and joint initiatives may be subject to mutually agreed-upon intellectual property arrangements.
Indemnification:
a) Partners shall indemnify and hold UCAF harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or the partnership activities.
Your Suggestions:
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to us with respect to the service shall remain the sole and exclusive property of us. We shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the improvements as seen fit. Suggestions thereof for any purpose and in any way will be without any credit or any compensation to you unless otherwise negotiated prior.
Your Consent:
