What is Community Navigation?
At Community Navigation, our goal is to provide citizens with the information and resources they need to lead healthy and active lives. Our community navigators are locally-based and can provide residents with referrals to appropriate services and support them in connecting with social or physical activities in the community. We are committed to helping our clients manage their own health and wellbeing. Request a Navigator for access to extensive knowledge of services, charities and organizations available in your area. They can provide you with information and resources to help meet your needs.
